"As they say in Italy, Italians were eating with a knife and fork when the French were still eating each other. The Medici family had to bring their Tuscan cooks up there so they could make something edible."

Bringing you only the best of what Italy has to offer, from the basilicas of Rome and the Vatican to the legendary hall of La Scala.

The Heart of Italy

Roman Streets

Roam through the streets of Rome, on a relaxed walking tour featuring the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and the Trastevere and Jewish Ghetto districts. Stop for lunch at one of the many charming cafes at Campo dei Fiori.

Ancient Monuments

Get acquainted with the most iconic structures of Rome and the Vatican. Visit the Colosseum, Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Soak in the grandeur of Roman architecture, and walk in the footsteps of history.

Traditional Food

While Rome is traditionally known for its Amatriciana and Carbonara Pastas, there is a bevy of fine dining options available as well as traditional experiences. We recommend Pierluigi for the fresh seafood, and Dal Bolognese for more local flair. For the adventurous at heart, seek out the Testaccio, the birthplace of Rome's cuisine.

Music and Culture

While not as well known as its other European counterparts, Rome does have a lively arts scene, with the Orchestra dellÁccademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma having extensive concert seasons throughout most of the year. Enjoy both modern symphonic works as well as operas from the Italian tradition.

Florence is steeped in history and culture, possibly with the highest concentration of art then anywhere in the world. The city is also home to the famed Piazza dellaSigniora, SantaCroce Basilica and Ponte Vecchio. Take it all in the local way, by walking through the beautiful streets.

The Chianti region is just south of the city, and its Sangiovese grapes figure prominently not only in its Chianti Classico wines but also in many of the more recently developed Supertuscan blends. To the west is the Carmignano area, also home to flavourful sangiovese-based reds. Wine and Dine with fresh local produce and world class wines. We recommend Parione for classic Tuscan dining.

Winery Stays and Hosting

Do not be limited to just tasting the vintages, be brought on private cellar tours and be hosted by the owners of these famed Tuscan estates. Specially curated meals with only the finest wine pairings by expert sommeliers will perfect your culinary journey.

Make sure you experience

Siena, a city in central Italy’s Tuscany region, is distinguished by its medieval brick buildings. The fan-shaped central square, Piazza del Campo, is the site of the Palazzo Pubblico, the Gothic town hall, and Torre del Mangia, a slender 14th-century tower with sweeping views from its distinctive white crown. The city’s 17 historic “contrade” (districts) extend outward from the piazza.
